Hand us the tender. We prepare the response with you and finalise it before the deadline. From HK$12,000 per tender, with a fixed quote within 1 business day.
What is included
- A full Tender Brief: bid / no-bid call, key dates, mandatory requirements and marking scheme
- A compliance checklist with every requirement and the evidence to attach
- Drafts of the technical proposal and method statement, written from your company information
- A list of forms, certificates and declarations to sign and submit
- Two review rounds with you, and final files ready at least 2 working days before closing
Good to know
- We need at least 10 working days before the closing date.
- We work with only one bidder per tender, so we never help your competitor with the same bid.
- You set your price. We never set or advise on your tender price.
- You stay responsible for checking and submitting the bid. We do not submit tenders on your behalf.
- We will ask for your company profile, past projects, staff CVs and certificates — we only use what you give us and never invent experience.

A HK$6,000 deposit reserves your slot. It is fully refundable if we cannot take your tender.
We draft, you review
We prepare the response with your input — two review rounds included.
You submit
You check, sign and submit the bid yourself. The balance is invoiced on delivery.
