Terms of Service

1. Who we are

TailoredBids is a service provided by Software Tailor (HK) Limited, 17/F, 80 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@tailoredbids.com.

2. Business use only

TailoredBids is for businesses. By using it you confirm that you act on behalf of a business and are authorised to accept these terms for it.

3. What we provide

  • Tender Briefs: an analysis of tender documents you provide, including key dates, requirements, marking information, a compliance checklist, risks and questions.
  • Public tender information taken from government open data.
  • Done-for-you bid support: help preparing your tender response, as described in your quote.

Our services are decision support. We do not submit tenders for you, we do not set or advise on your tender price, and we do not guarantee that any bid will succeed.

4. Your documents

You confirm that you are entitled to share every document you send us — including under any confidentiality or copyright conditions in the tender documents — and that sharing them does not breach any law or obligation. You allow us to store and process your documents only to provide our services to you. We keep them confidential and do not publish them.

5. AI-assisted outputs

Our outputs are prepared with the help of artificial intelligence and may contain errors or omissions. You must check them against the official tender documents, which always prevail. You remain responsible for your bid, including its accuracy, compliance, pricing, signature and submission on time. See our AI output disclaimer.

6. Done-for-you bids

  • We give a fixed quote before any work starts. A deposit reserves your slot; the balance is invoiced on delivery.
  • We need at least 10 working days before the closing date, and we may decline any tender.
  • You must give us accurate company information. We will not invent experience, staff, certificates or figures.
  • We work with only one bidder per tender and will not share your information with any other bidder.

7. Fees and payment

Prices are in Hong Kong dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use TailoredBids for anything unlawful, including bid-rigging, collusion or any conduct prohibited by the Competition Ordinance (Cap. 619); upload malicious files; try to access other customers’ data; or copy, scrape or resell our services without our written permission.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other’s confidential information confidential and use it only for the purpose of these terms, except where disclosure is required by law.

10. Intellectual property

You keep all rights in your documents and in your final bid. We keep all rights in the TailoredBids service, software and templates. You may use the outputs we deliver to you for your own bids.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for any loss of contracts, revenue, profit or opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss; and (b) our total liability to you in connection with our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms. You may stop using our services at any time.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies from its "last updated" date.

14. Governing law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction. If the English and Chinese versions differ, the English version prevails.
