Refund Policy

Tender Brief (pay-per-tender)

• If we cannot deliver your brief (for example, the documents cannot be processed), we refund you in full.
• If you change your mind, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment as long as we have not delivered the brief.

Done-for-you bids

• The deposit is refundable in full until work starts.
• If we cannot take your tender (capacity, or another client already has it), we refund the deposit in full.
• Once work has started the deposit is non-refundable, except where we fail to deliver what was agreed.

Subscriptions (when available)

You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not give pro-rata refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

How to ask

Email hello@tailoredbids.com with your payment email and the tender reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days.
